By purchasing a custom social media video from Noir Starr Models, you agree to the following terms:
1. Production Timeline
Once we receive your full request and all pertinent details (including visual direction, inspiration, and required assets), please allow up to 5 business days for processing and delivery of your completed video.
2. Delivery
Upon completion, you will receive an email with your video attached or a downloadable link to access your file. Delivery will be made to the email address provided during your order.
3. Revisions
We offer two (2) complimentary edits per video.
Additional revisions beyond the first two are subject to a $100 editing fee per round.
Edits include reasonable adjustments to visuals, pacing, or text overlays but do not include complete reshoots or conceptual overhauls.
4. Performance Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that your custom video will result in increased sales, engagement, or traffic. While we craft each piece with professionalism and aesthetic precision, performance outcomes depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including platform algorithms, targeting strategies, and external market conditions.
5. Ownership & Usage
You are granted full promotional rights to use the delivered video across your digital platforms. Noir Starr Models retains the right to feature the finished product for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our service, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds are not issued unless there is a failure to deliver within the specified timeframe without reasonable cause.
